Yeah, Blueman has the option to set and disconnect bluetooth serial and
modem connections, I used it to dial up using gnome-ppp and the port
rfcomm0 - it's worth a shot if you want to quickly and easily setup
bluetooth connections.
Word of warning about file transfers from bluetooth Nokia's - because
they send data bit for bit, your screen may get flooded with notices of
it sending data. This gets really bad with BIG file transfers...
