It calls it "Ubuntu Servers", but it also has a Freenode entry. Both go
to the same place though.
Also note that there is something called xchat-gnome, which for some
weird reason is the default one ubuntu uses. This isn't the full (or
real) xchat, nor is it as flexible. You can normally grab the full xchat
by typing sudo aptitude install xchat in a terminal.
There is also another client called KvIRC which is also pretty nice and
more feature rich than xchat, but comes with the downside of having to
download a few things if your not running Kubuntu. It's just a few Qt
stuff, with everything totalling a 20 or so MB, so it's not really that
big of a worry on a ADSL connection.
