[ubuntu-za] Flash Drive Update

Hi

Is there any way I can use a flash drive to update Ubuntu? If not, then 
most probably I will have to use APTonCD.

My laptop is updated.  However, there are 4 PCs which have not been 
updated and requires about 200MB.
