[ubuntu-za] Flash Drive Update

I Usually coppy the files under //etc/archive/apt/  to my flash disk, 
and then onto the other computers,
All that are then required is to update the system with Aptitude update 
or refresh on Update Manager.
there are a way around the refresh...but it can break your system.
