[ubuntu-za] UPS with Ubuntu

Hi Guys

Just a quick question regarding the use of a UPS with Ubuntu server.  I
have a cabinet that has three servers inside:
 - EBOX gateway server (Ubuntu 8.10)
 - Win 2005
 - Virtual Machine Host (Ubuntu 9.10 + KVM)

I can see that using NUT I could allow for a proper shutdown of a server
when the UPS has run down.  However, is it possible to use one UPS and
to get all three servers to shutdown properly when it has run down?
Especially since this is a mixture of Ubuntu and Windows.

I haven't bought anything yet, so I'm open for suggestions on how to do
this and which utility to use.  Is NUT the only/best one?
