I, Just discovered that error my self on upgrading yesterday...and no
an upgrade did not fix it...
I would suggest You check the new repository for which ever program that
was and add the new address if it's available... I did no get round to
trouble shooting my own problem with that yet but unless I really need
it I'll most likely just remove the repositories I don't need and
continue my life.
