No need to be anywhere near Barbeton - with skype and team viewer
someone could easily help and if you don't use proprietary software I
suppose vnc and some other voice chat protocol or even just plain text

I'd happily volunteer to help in this fashion as I am quite
comfortable with moving thunderbird profiles around and sharing them
between different operating systems - I am one of the ones for whom it
is was easy as copying a folder and editing one file!
