I did not even realize that you could set this as an option.
For mailing lists it make sense because the reader might not have
followed the whole discussion.
One to one email I prefer top posting.
Perhaps we could have a once a year reminder (Thanks Raoul) and maybe
something on the website.
I know there is an online version of net etiquette but forget where to
find it, Google is my friend.
