[ubuntu-za] How to get Edubuntu on Ubuntu

Hi Guys

I recently got another friend onto Ubuntu after her Vista gave problems.
Then I realised as a teacher she might find Edubuntu more useful.

What is the easiest way to move her Ubuntu to Edubuntu? To download the gui
etc from the software centre or to uninstall/install it over ubuntu?
Or is there another easier way?
