[ubuntu-za] Unity Launcher

Hi Ubuntu-ZA

I switch between active applications / windows using Alt Tab easily but
wonder if the Launcher could work better for novice users like my wife.

I have tried to drag icons off the Launcher and on again to higher
positions without any success in 12.04

I think it would be great if the Launcher showed active icons at the top
followed by any others that have been locked onto it.
Then we could see the one we want to switch to and do a simple click on
it. No scrolling nor Alt Tab switching needed.

Maybe your loco could suggest such a change?
