Wayne and Quintin,

Sorry I misled you, it's illustrations in the body of e-mails that open 
in html code. A dialog appears that says "You are viewing this in the 
Internet zone"

She is using Outlook from Office Professional 2003.

I now have her running on Thunderbird, hope it works. Seems like 
Microsoft is not too concerned about whether or not Office 2003 is still 
working properly, it keeps on prompting for the username and password.
