[Bug 305284] [NEW] Wrong configuration on 64bit

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: luarocks

On a 64bit ubuntu, lua rocks are installed with a 32bit configuration.
For example, luarocks/cfg.lua says "  local LUAROCKS_UNAME_M=[[i686]]".

This causes issues when compiling programs, as the compiling will fail.
