Thanks you very much for the quick responds, but Iam not feeling
completely comfortable with the answer... Why is this bugreport invalid?
I don't ask for a package update to a new version, but just for a fix.
Hardy is a LTS version so people will use is for maybe two years or
longer. So, installing a package from Debian Sid  seems not the proper
fix for a LTS version (I think it would be if was a in between LTS
version). Backporting the fix to the would perhaps be an better option?
And else if the Ubuntu team won't fix it it then bug would marked as
triaged I think...
