Assigning to package fast-user-switch-appelet

You can of course disable this feature. Simply right-click on the username => Preferences => uncheck "Show confirm dialogs for logout, restart and shutdown". 
"Log Out", "Shutdown" and Restart will not be followed by "..." anymore.

I personally believe it should be active by default.
