Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: grub2
I'm a newbie with Grub2, but I think the problem is here
I have a crypted personal directory. Then, the swap partition in
/dev/mapper/cryptswap1 is crypted too.
When I try to hibernate my laptop, it seems doing well, but when it
boots again, it doesn't resume (it start a fresh session).
Googling, I have found I need a resume file with my UUID partition in
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d, but when I try to create it, I got
myuser at myhost:/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d$ sudo update-initramfs -u
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.31-14-generic
cryptsetup: WARNING: target cryptswap1 has a random key, skipped
Any suggestion or workaround will be welcomed (Is it easy to eliminate
crypted directory and partititon?).
