Oh yes I forgot I was just speaking about when you open only one
window/application to have that center. Of course when you open another
window/application have it move to a side location to make room to view
the previous window without to much rearranging.

Again my concerns were when you just open one window how many
applications the first time you launch them randomly open in different
locations...
