Tracing the binary when the problem happens, I see this repeated over
and over:-

More interestingly, it's happened to some other people too (look in
google), mostly with Eve, but with other apps too... I'm not sure if
this is a Wine issue, or an environment issue, but there seems to be
some kind of interaction between the two.
