xsltproc has already been dropped (albeit only five minutes ago,
changeset not yet pushed ;-))

let's make a list of things that need to be addressed for MIR to be
successful and defer the others for a -2 release.  I will release kasumi
2.5-1 immediately upon completion of the "has-to-be-addressed" list,
followed by a sync to lucid.

Getting sponsors is usually not an issue, I'm in contact with several
DD.
