[Bug 511750] [NEW] Please merge Tor from Debian Unstable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tor

I am not sure why tor was removed from the repositories starting with
Jaunty. Debian has been continuing to provide new packages (currently in
version 2.1.x and 2.2.x).

Because of many still needing tor, it would be great if packages from
Debian Unstable would be merged in Lucid.
