Thanks for the various thoughts on the issue. I already have my Pause key
mapped to raise/lower windows through the stack, and I can always raise the
window simply by clicking in the target. I was just wondering if there
were a programatic method of raising the window so that I could add it to
my keyboard mappings which maximize vertically (F9), horizontally (F10),
and full screen (F11) and get it to the foreground automatically without
having to take any further steps. I knew it was a long-shot, but I was
just checking to see if anyone knew a trick that had eluded me.
