  * Switch Homepage and Vcs-* headers to https:// and cgit web interface.
  * Remove obsolete code.google.com URLs from debian/{copyright,watch}.
  * Bump debhelper compatibility to 10.
    + Update versioned debhelper build-dependency accordingly.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 3.9.8. (No changes needed.)
  * Enable all hardening build flags.
