  apport dialog with "text" text or without a description

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When using ubuntu-bug, the dialog box is shown twice asking for using confirmation.
  However, the text in the dialog is garbage.  It is "text" instead of a real description.
  If I have to bet, "text" was a placeholder not replaced by the real content.
