[Bug 2107610] [NEW] Incorrect cpu frequency for i3-13100

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

On Ubuntu Server 25.04 the cpu frequency for the i3-13100 is incorrectly
showing max frequency of 5800 MHz when it should be 4500 MHz.Frequency
was correct with Noble 24.04 and 24.10. Command used is lscpu. Cpu is
not overclocked.
