[Bug 1437802] Re: menubar is missing in muon and cannot be recovered

I have just install the iso image for kubuntu vivid date 29th March.  I
also have no menu bar for muon which means that I have had to use the
command line to install packages that I need.  This is one of the many
problems that I have with VIVID.

Previous iso images ( eg 21st March) provided the munu bar for muon.  I
had to do a re-install because trying to install NVIDIA made my system
unuseable.
