Launchpad bug workflow change

Hi,
Thanks Henrik for this clear explanation - I'm forwarding it to
launchpad-users so that other projects can have this explanation
relatively promptly too.
Launchpad team - it would be cool to have announcements of large changes
like this in advance so that other projects can plan around them /
incorporate them into their workflow. Any plans for that?
Congratulations on the new statuses, which seem to me really helpful
(except for todo, which I'm not sure about - it seems to overlap with
Confirmed and In Progress).
