all bugs in encfs project disappeared

Two separate problems:

- I wasn't notified about new bugs, even though I'm listed as bug contact
- when I changed settings for encfs so that launchpad is selected as the bug
management location, then all bug reports disappeared.

I got an email from a user notifying me about a bug report on launchpad.  I
thought that was strange because I'm listed as the bug contact, so I assumed
I'd get notified.  I went to launchpad and found there were a few bug
reports I hadn't seen.

So I went looking through the settings to see if I was missing some way to
notify me of new bugs.  I saw that encfs was listed as 'doesn't use bugs',
so I changed it so that it lists Launchpad as the primary bug reporting
tool.  I went back to the bug page to look over the remaining bugs and found
that they'd all been removed - no trace.

That doesn't seem right..  Am I missing something?
