SNAP_USER_DATA directory removed, but there was user data in it

Note that this is nearly complete, but is a bit of an easter egg at the
moment: you can actually use it as `$SNAP_DATA/../common/` as of 2.0.3
(it will get an environment variable shortly, I imagine).
