kdubuntu upgrade, kde3 -> kde4, yuk

As far as I know you can't mix repositories from Hardy and Intrepid which means
that your only option to get back to KDE 3 might be to compile it yourself.

I doubt that any repository for Intrepid will backport KDE 3 so I
doubt that it will
ever become available.
