~ubuntu-core-doc cleanup

Dear all,

I'm writing to you because myself and Jim Campbell were talking about
cleaning up the ~ubuntu-core-doc launchpad team, and you are among
those who haven't used their commit access for quite some time.

Please could you let me know if you are likely to want to keep your
commit access. If I don't hear back from you, I'll go ahead and remove
you from the team during the cleanup.

If you think that you are likely to want to contribute to Ubuntu
Documentation in the future, just let me know and I'll keep you on the
list. Equally, if you are removed and want to contribute at some time
in the future, I'm sure it will be no problem to restore your commit
rights: just get in touch with us on the ubuntu-doc mailing list.

Apologies if I've included you on the list in error: again just let me know.
