If you didn't have improvement of the pb several days after the first, you have to go to Lounhpad and
write a bug report. To make it still more efficient, you can invoke 'apt-cache show MyApplication' to find out 
who is the developer of the app, then sent him the Url of the bug report, to ask him to see what the problem is about.
When further event comes out of the bug report, you'll receive a post in your mailbox, reporting what's up.
