zoneminder 1.25

Hi all

having an issue with zoneminder, using 12.04.4.  camera works with
motion, and shows with gstreamer-properties, but receive this error in
the logs after it starts. /dev/video0 is set at 666 as instructed on a
few posts elsewhere.
