There were (are?) countless issues with the X Intel driver and the
migration to the modesetting driver caused other issues, but was (is?)
required to stay with stable and mainline kernels. I stay with the X
Intel driver, but need (needed?) to build LTS kernels on my own. It
might be fixed now, maybe I'll test it within the next weeks.

If there shouldn't be issues anymore, that would be good, but there
were serious issues.
