24.04.1: How deactivate window-resize when dragging to the border of the screen?

Hello,

with 24.04.1, when I drag a window to the border of the screen, this window
size is maximized to the width or height of the screen, depending wheter I
drag it to the top or to a side.

To deactivate this behaviour, I deactivate "active screen borders" option in
the Multitasking settings dialog. But this does not help, windows keep getting
resized.

How can I disable this resizing behaviour?
