So, Intel CPU integrated graphics, then?

Intel on-board graphics should not need any.

You did not answer the last part:
To what kind of port?
A full answer is 3 pieces of info:
What kind of connector on the computer?
What kind of connector on the screen?
What kind of cable in between?
There is no such thing as an "SVGA" connector or cable. There is a VGA
connector and a VGA cable, but unless your screen is over 20 years old
and is an analog CRT, you should not be using it. Today it is only for
very old projectors and basically nothing else.
I Googled the screen model number and that's an HDMI display. You
should be using HDMI from an HDMI port on the computer to the same on
the screen. Such cables are about $3 these days.
If your computer does not have HDMI but it has Displayport, then a
Displayport output can drive an HDMI display just fine. That cable is
a bit harder to get but it is still a $10 cable for a $150 screen.
Example $6 cable:

If you don't want another cable -- for instance you have loads of HDMI
cables spare -- here's a $6 convertor:
https://www.amazon.com/Display-Female-Adapter-Converter-Adapters/dp/B0C8T3C2RX/
(The reverse is impossible: you can't drive a Displayport screen from
an HDMI connector. But this way is fine.)
Do not try to drive a modern HDMI screen from a VGA port. If it works
at all it will be horribly fuzzy. I think this may be your problem
here.
