I'm not sure what you mean by "closed room" it is a publically
accessible website, readable by everyone ... 

admittedly you need to create an account (or tie your launchpad or
login.ubuntu.com account to it) to post there, but nothinhg there is
hidden from anyone, everyone can read it and follow the discussions
there with no limitation ...
